Our Hampers come beautifully packaged in our signature black hamper box with Amare & Co words subscribed on the front of the box, a stunning ribbon is then wrapped around the hamper and to finish it off, a Amare tag is added.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Amare respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security. Amare will not reveal your personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law.
When you purchase a gift, we collect your name; your telephone number, your email address and the address and phone number of the recipient of your gift help Amare to deliver your order on time to the correct location. A Customer Service Representative may contact you by telephone or email to resolve any questions we might have about your order.
If you subscribe to our Newsletter, we collect your first name and email address.
We also collect information about your browsing of our website using Cookies. This helps us to understand our customers better and may make the use of the site quicker for you. You can disable cookies by changing the settings in your browser.

Do you provide donations of gift hampers for charitable causes?
Amare is committed to supporting local charities and community fundraising projects. We believe everyone is responsible for doing what they can to support those in need. Do I need to be 18 or over to purchase a gift .?
No.
Will you ship a hamper prior to payment being made?
Amare & Co will not dispatch orders until payment has been made.
Are all items displayed in the product photo on the website included in the hamper?
For photographic purposes some gift .s have been featured with additional props, e.g. wine glasses to display wine. Please refer to the list of contents on the product page to review full gift. contents.
What happens if there is an item out of stock in hamper that I am purchasing?
We may substitute products that are unavailable but guarantee the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item and as similar as possible. Where it is a large item, that represent the majority value of the hamper or integral to hamper concept, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement.

What shelf life and expiry dates do your hampers have?
We pack our hampers fresh daily to ensure optimal freshness of our hampers. Our fresh cheese items may have a minimum shelf life of 2 weeks. The vast majority of our ingredients is non-perishable and has a self-life of 3-12 months.
Can I send a gift anonymously?
Amare & Co acts in accordance with India’s Privacy Laws. If you have not provided your name on the gift card and the recipient wants to know who sent the gift they can call us, however we cannot tell them who you are without your permission. We do not ship an invoice with our hampers so your billing details are never revealed to the recipient.
Can I add a gift card message to my hamper?
Yes. Once you have added your hamper selection to your cart and proceeded to checkout, you will be asked to add your gift card message to your order-You will find this field after you enter the shipping address.
If you wish to enter multiple gift notes please simply email our helpful team at orders@amare.co.in and we can customize each gift note for you.
Do you sell gift vouchers and how do they work?
Yes. Gift Vouchers can be purchased online. Once purchased online, gift vouchers are sent via email immediately upon order, not posted, so please ensure you enter the correct email address. Instructions on how to use the Gift Voucher are included in the email sent to the receiver, including a Gift Voucher Code to use at checkout to redeem the voucher. Here is some additional information on gift voucher usage:
Gift Vouchers can be used at any time, and must be redeemed at www.amare.co.in
If the value of the gift purchased is more than the voucher the redemeer will need to pay the remaining amount at Checkout
If the value of the gift purchased is less than the voucher then the ‘change’ will remain on the voucher for future use
Gift Vouchers are not refundable for cash
Gift vouchers cannot be used with any other offers (for example discount codes)
Can I create my own gift or customize a hamper with individual products that I see on your website?
Yes! All of our hampers can be customized online. When you view a product you will see the drop-down menus highlighted below that allow you to add items to enhance your hamper. You can add one item from each category. You cannot remove items from the gifts online.
If you wish to remove gifts from an existing hamper, add items that do not feature in the add on list, or add multiple items from one add on category please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
